The Salmoiraghi packing machinery range includes:
- Box-packing machines for inserting single or multiple packages in boxes, also available equipped with artificial vision systems for area saturation
- Gantry Palletisers (“Encaser” type) equipped with twin workheads and automatic packing material feeding devices, with throughput of thousands of units per day
All machines are designed for continuous operation and use high-quality components sourced from internationally reputed manufacturers.
The machines may be integrated in automated lines for obtaining an orderly flow from the single product unit to the box, and subsequently to the pallet, up to final sending to the automated warehouse, all the while ensuring complete tracking and traceability of characteristic product data.

BOX PACKING
Preparation of the single or multiple packages takes place by means of devices specially designed according to the type of product, thus ensuring maximum efficiency.
A normal line includes machinery for automatically performing the following operations: box erection, bottom tape sealing, box filling, box closing and, often, box strapping. Box filling is optimised by means of artificial vision systems.
