AUTOMATIC INSPECTION

Automated quality inspection using advanced AI Technologies.

TWIST redefines synthetic yarn inspection through the power of artificial intelligence.Designed to combine precision, speed, and continuous operation, this cutting-edge system performs automated quality control without the need for human supervision, ensuring reliable and repeatable results, 24 hours a day.At the core of TWIST lies an AI vision system trained on thousands of defect samples. From broken filaments and bunch winding to dirty spots, cross stitches, hairiness, shininess, or paper tube damage, TWIST recognises and classifies every irregularity with remarkable accuracy.Even more, it can be custom-trained to detect specific defects unique to each manufacturer or yarn.

The cycle time is typically around 3 seconds, depending on the number of defects and the resolution.
